Who are the poets you most admire?
I admire Evelyn Lau, Fiona Tinwei Lam, and Nikki Giovanni.
What is the hardest part of being a poet?
Trying to find the energy to write in the evenings and during busy weekends.
Where, when, and how often do you write?
I usually write at home in the afternoons on my days off or at work when work is slow. I try to write at least one glosa poem each week. Occasionally, I’ll write two glosa poems over two consecutive days.
